Welcome to Kauai!
Truly a Tropical Paradise.
Thanks to Simplyfun (Matt's board game buisness)
and my niece, Alayna for watching the kiddos,
Matt and I were able to go to Kauai at the end of May.
Now, we have been to Kauai before so I knew
EXACTLY where I wanted to go first.
Jo Jo's Shave Ice! They have the best shave ice
EVER! No joke. Picture this. First you start with
macadamia nut ice cream, then layer with shredded
coconut, then finely shaved coconut flavored ice,
and topped off with some coconut cream. Delicious!!
If you ever go to Kauai you must stop by Jo Jo's.
You won't be sorry!

After that we did things like go to a Luau...
Go see a lighthouse...
See Puff the Magic Dragon...
And beautiful waterfalls...
And colorful peacocks...
(Doesn't that look fake? So gorgeous!)
And chickens?? Yes, LOTS of wild chickens.

Oh, and of course more Jo Jo's!!
We had a blast and loved hangin' with the top
SimplyFun consultants. If it wasn't for them we
wouldn't have got to go to Kauai.

So it looks like an okay trip. It's sorta pretty and stuff. :) Loved the pictures!! Sounds like it was a great vacation!! And don't worry--I am totally paying attention to your daughter even as I write this. :)
